Christina Milian and husband The-Dream have decided to separate days after he and his assistant were photographed getting cozy in the Caribbean.
“Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful,” The-Dream’s spokesman told Us Weekly on Monday. “The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet.”
The-Dream, a 29-year-old R&B singer and producer and his assistant, Melissa Santiago, were recently photographed in an intimate embrace while vacationing in in the Caribbean over the weekend.
Milian, 28 has not commented directly on the report but said on her Twitter page on Monday: “WHATEVER YOU THINK.. BELIEVE IT. I’ve officially lost my appetite. Ugh.”
Milian, a pop singer who sings the title song of the animated Disney Channel series Kim Possible, began dating The-Dream in early 2009 and soon became pregnant and married him in September in Las Vegas. Their daughter was born in February. The-Dream was married to singer Nivea from 2004 to 2007 and the two have three children.
The-Dream told Essence magazine last month he and Milian “are cool,” adding: “People keep asking, “Why haven’t we seen you guys out together?” I’m working, that’s why you haven’t seen us. She’s at work too in Los Angeles.”

She deserves much better, anyways. Sad because of Violet, else it’d be the best thing for her. Never liked him. Best of luck, Xtina, keep looking forward because you’re better than that.

Christina was supporting his new album on her twitter just last month right??!! Not to mention when she had Violet she said that she was scared but was gonna be fine as long as the dream was there with her. nd that was 5 months ago!

man.. THE Dream, is a PRICK! He couldn’t wait til the divorce was finalized before he went and got with the help.. How do you downgrade from a women that is a 10 down to like a 1.5 wth is that about!
Whatever Christina and her babygirl will be fine two beautiful women deserve a REAL man anyway..smh keep ya head up Christina!!

I knew that there marriage wouldn’t last because everything were going so fast (the wedding + baby) but I feel sad for ‘Tina because I’m a big fan of hers I hope she’ll find a better man who loves her (and her child) for her and not go around looking for other girls. The dream is a … & he’ll soon realized that he lost a very amazing woman

My heart goes out to Christina, but I think she’ll realize soon enough that her and Violet will be better off with out him!! I hope Christina takes him to the cleaners and wipes out his account, with Child support and alimony. Take him for all he’s worth.

damn i just listen to her song bloody valentine again…its makes so much sense to me now…i damn near cried cuz i understand how she feels…..i been heard this song but i was so confused what she was talkin bout…not i know…i been going threw the same thing kinda so this song is just screamin at me rite now cuz i feel it so much..

damn the song by her called bloddy valentine is making so much sense to me now… i was so confused what she was talkin bout..but now i know…i damn near cried listening to it because i feel for her and i was going threw the same thing

I rlly hate the Dream for this but Im glad they are keeping things Civil for the kids sake… But thats horrible Christina needs to stopw asting time with guys like this and find a real Man.

yeah she does need to find a real man…and im starting think they not in music industry or movie bus…she needs a regular fello that definitely gonna appreciate her
