If he was on their property , the dog was doing what comes natural for any dog , I feel bad for the old dude , but he should have known better . He didn’t get that old from being that careless.

I dont believe its too late to file a suit cuz on the peoples court they have dog bite cases that are more than a yr old on. I hope this gets resolved and hopefully the dog wont have to be put down that would be terrible, but she needs to be careful with the new baby around the dogs sometimes the dogs can get very aggressive around new babies. I wish Christina the best.

Even if its true Christina should check to see if the claim is barred with the statue of limitations… meaning that is it too late to be sued for this. If so… Christina you must put it on there.. something of the sort.. “This claim is barred by the statute of limitations” something like that…
