TMZ.Com just reported that Christina Milian’s 81-year-old neighbor claims he was mauled by one of her dogs back in 2008 — and now the man wants Christina to pay for the canine’s alleged brutality. Leo Skolion filed a lawsuit against Christina and family earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the family’s negligence lead to the attack that left him with “severe personal injuries.” Leo tells TMZ it all started in October of ‘08, when Christina’s home had “flooding problems” which caused a gate between their properties to become damaged.
Leo says he went over to speak to the family about repairing the gate when one of their dogs escaped … then attacked him from behind and bit “a huge chunk” out of the back of his arm.
The 81-year-old claims it took 19 stitches and 9 months of rehabilitation to get back to normal — and that he still has to receive psychiatric help for fear and depression. Leo is suing Christina — real name Christine Flores — her mother Carmen and her sister Danielle for an undetermined amount. Calls to Christina’s camp have not been returned.

DAMN!! I don’t care for pitbulls but from this story i think it was her pitbull that did this, gurl need to keep that beast on a chain!! I cant stand them! They need to be banned! I know Missy & Baby are to small to jump in the air like that to someones arm. I hope this story is false though.

2008? It’s too late for that person to sue Christina now then, now they have no proof. Plus, he can’t sue her if the dog was on her property.

Even if its true Christina should check to see if the claim is barred with the statue of limitations… meaning that is it too late to be sued for this. If so… Christina you must put it on there.. something of the sort.. “This claim is barred by the statute of limitations” something like that…

I dont believe its too late to file a suit cuz on the peoples court they have dog bite cases that are more than a yr old on. I hope this gets resolved and hopefully the dog wont have to be put down that would be terrible, but she needs to be careful with the new baby around the dogs sometimes the dogs can get very aggressive around new babies. I wish Christina the best.

Probably for publicity and money he finally got word of who she is and wants her money cuz it seems odd to wait over a yr to proceed with legal action but who knows

If he was on their property , the dog was doing what comes natural for any dog , I feel bad for the old dude , but he should have known better . He didn’t get that old from being that careless.
